JeyTech / Data
Privacy
This policy explains how JeyTech uses the data needed for purchases, licenses, and support. Last update: 25 September 2026.
Data controller
JeyTech, sole proprietorship in Florange, France. Contact: support@jeytech.app. Other details are in the legal notice.
Data used and purposes
Stripe processes payment, billing, contact, and possible tax ID data to complete the purchase, manage the subscription, and issue invoices.
JeyTech keeps the email address, chosen plan, Stripe subscription IDs, paid period, license state, and activated stores to deliver the product and prevent abuse.
Support requests are used to answer and follow up.
Purchase and license processing rests on contract performance. Invoicing answers legal duties. Service security and claim handling rest on JeyTech's legitimate interest.
Payment and providers
Card numbers are never stored by JeyTech: payment and invoicing go through Stripe. The site, the license database, and transactional mail use Cloudflare. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their contracts and privacy rules.
Retention
License data is used during the subscription, then kept as long as needed for rights, disputes, and legal duties. Accounting records and invoices are kept ten years. Support requests are kept while handled, then archived if proof is needed.
Cookies and analytics
JeyTech sets no advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Stripe and Cloudflare may use mechanisms needed for payment, security, and their services to work.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, or limitation of your data, and object to some processing, by writing to support@jeytech.app. Some data must stay for accounting duties. You can also complain to the CNIL.
